What should I bring for my pet’s boarding stay?

We ask that you bring your pet’s food to maintain their regular diet. You’re welcome to bring comfort items, but please note that personal belongings may get damaged during the stay. We provide beds, bowls, and plenty of snuggles.

How do you determine grooming prices?

Grooming prices are based on factors like pet size, coat condition, temperament, and requested services. We’ll give you a price estimate before starting the appointment.

What happens if my pet gets sick or injured while in your care?

Your pet’s health is our top priority. If an issue arises, we’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if needed. We work closely with local vets to ensure fast, professional treatment.

Do you require vaccinations?

Yes, all pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. For dogs, we require rabies, distemper/parvo, and Bordetella. For cats, we require rabies and FVRCP. Proof of vaccinations is required before services can be provided.

Do you offer in-home pet sitting?

We don’t offer in-home pet sitting, but we have an experienced professional we can recommend if you’re looking for at-home care.

Can my dog and cat stay together if they’re boarding?

For their comfort and safety, we board dogs and cats in separate areas. If you have multiple dogs or multiple cats, they may be able to share a suite if space allows.
